Refund policy
Return Policy Due to the nature of botanical and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To process a replacement, we'll need:
- Your order number (included in your confirmation email or packing slip)
- A photo of the damaged item and its packaging
How to Report a Damaged Item
Step 1 — Contact Us Email [heyhey@parkcitybotanicals.com] within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the damage. Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package Include your RAN on the shipping label and on a note inside the package. Items must be in their original outer packaging, securely wrapped.
Step 3 — Ship It Back Send your return via a trackable shipping method and email us the tracking number. We recommend keeping your receipt as proof of postage.
Step 4 — Processing Once received, your item will be inspected and a replacement processed as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been completed. Please allow up to 30 business days during peak periods.
Late or Missing Refunds If you're expecting a refund and haven't received it, we recommend checking your bank account, then contacting your credit card provider, and then your bank — processing times vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at [heyhey@parkcitybotanicals.com].
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable carrier or purchasing shipping insurance. Park City Botanicals cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
