How long until my order ships? Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional sales, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I update my shipping address after placing my order? We're unable to modify shipping addresses once a tracking number has been assigned. Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

Shipping Insurance All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once a package has been marked as delivered to the address on file, Park City Botanicals is no longer liable for loss or theft.
